I've Been Converted to Maybelline!

This is a big thing for me peeps!  I am the first to admit I am a bit of a make up snob and I don't tend to go for drugstore brands.  However - after watching my usual You Tube beauty gurus and reading my favourite blogs, I did notice a lot of them used drugstore and they actually seemed ok.

So I was in Boots tonight, after getting caught in a monsoon whilst wearing a maxi skirt and sandals!!!!, and a lot of the brands were doing 3 for 2.  I had been thinking about getting the Maybelline BB Cream because I am going to Ibiza on Monday and I have heard loads of nice things about it.  Now, I am just a tiny bit obsessed with eyeliner, mainly because I have for as long as I can remember, been on the quest to find the perfect one!  So I need to do a blog on all my eye make up thinking about it!

ANYWAY, I found the Maybelline Eye Studio Master Precise Eyeliner Pen.  I prefer pens for during the week as opposed to gel liner, just because I don't have enough time in the morning to apply it.  Recently I have been using Nars Eyeliner Stylo, although I have used Mac Penultimate Liner before.  As much as I love both of these pens, the Mac does tend to dry up quick and with the Nars one I have to repeatedly press it on my hand to get the liquid out whilst doing my eye!

The reason I think this Maybelline one could be good, is because it has a much more flexible tip and it's £10 or more less than Nars or Mac!  So I thought I may as well give that a go, although reviews online say it dries up quick and at first it's great but after a few uses it's finished......we shall have to see about that one!

Then last of all, as I said it was 3 for 2, and my Mac Select Mositurecover is about to run out :0(  so I thought if I get the Maybelline liquid concealer I will get it free anyway so may as well give it a go!

So I am going to see how I get on and see if Maybelline can change my mind on drugstore brands :0)
